Requirement Communication & Quotation

Customers send product drawings, samples, technical parameters, material demands, quantity and application requirements. Our technical team reviews the design, evaluates processing feasibility, then offers a detailed quotation and delivery schedule.

Design & Mold Development

After order confirmation, professional engineers carry out mold design according to drawings. Once the design is approved, we start mold manufacturing, debugging and testing. The mold is the core to guarantee the precision and quality of deep drawing parts.

Sample Production & Confirmation

We produce trial samples with the finished mold. Samples will be inspected strictly on dimensions, appearance, structure and performance. We send samples to customers for verification. Modifications will be made promptly if any adjustments are needed until final approval.

Mass Production

Upon sample confirmation, we arrange formal mass production. During processing, strict quality control is implemented in every working procedure including blanking, deep drawing, trimming and forming. Operators monitor product stability all the time.

Post-processing & Quality Inspection

Finished parts go through deburring, surface treatment, cleaning and other post-processing as requested. All products will be fully inspected for size tolerance, surface quality and overall performance to eliminate defective goods.
