Processing Flow of Metal Stamping Parts

The production of metal stamping parts follows a standardized and rigorous workflow, which can be divided into several key stages from raw material preparation to finished product delivery.

First comes raw material preparation. According to product drawings and requirements, select qualified metal sheets such as carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel, and cut the materials into suitable blanks in specified sizes.

Next is stamping forming, the core procedure. The blanks are placed on professional stamping machines and matched with customized dies. Through blanking, punching, bending, embossing and other processes, metal sheets are shaped into required structures and dimensions.

After forming, we conduct deburring and trimming to remove sharp edges, burrs and excess material, ensuring the surface is smooth and safe for assembly.

Then goes surface treatment, including galvanizing, painting, polishing or rust-proof treatment, to enhance corrosion resistance and appearance of the parts.

Subsequently, quality inspection is carried out strictly. Workers check product size, tolerance, surface quality and overall performance one by one to screen out defective products.

Finally, qualified products will be cleaned, packaged and stored, and delivered to customers as scheduled. Every step is under strict control to guarantee stable product quality.
