1. Complete Customization Scope

(1) Customizable raw metal materials

We offer stamping processing for multiple metal substrates as required by clients:

Carbon steel series: SPCC cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, Q235 high-strength structural steel

Stainless steel: 201, 304, 316L for anti-corrosion precision housings and brackets

Aluminum alloy: 5052, 6061 lightweight stampings for EV chassis, battery trays and server cabinets

Copper & brass: T2 pure copper, H62/H65 brass for conductive terminals, busbars and spring shrapnels

(2) Custom stamping processes

Our factory is equipped with single-station dies and high-speed progressive dies to realize all forming technologies according to customized part structures: blanking, punching, bending, deep drawing, flanging, embossing, fine blanking, riveting and integrated forming. Complex integrated structural stampings and tiny precision electronic terminals are both available for customization.

(3) Custom surface anti-corrosion & functional treatments

All post-processing can be tailored to application environments and performance demands:

Steel parts: phosphating, powder coating, liquid painting, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, black oxide

Aluminum parts: sandblasting, brushing, hard anodizing, chemical passivation

Copper/brass parts: tin plating, nickel plating, silver plating, anti-tarnish passivation

Stainless steel: passivation, electropolishing, sealing treatment

(4) Custom tolerance, packaging and testing standards

We adjust dimensional precision, burr control, flatness and salt spray test hours per customer drawings. Custom export neutral packaging, labeled inner packaging and anti-rust nitrogen-sealed bags are supported. All test reports (dimensional inspection, salt spray, material certification, vibration test) can be provided as OEM supporting documents.
