What processes are included in metal stamping production?

Metal stamping is a high-efficiency, precision cold forming manufacturing process that transforms flat metal sheets, coils, and blanks into customized structural and functional parts via stamping presses and tailored dies. The full production processes of metal stamping are systematically divided into the following stages:

1. Pre-Production Preparation

This foundational stage determines the precision and yield of subsequent production. It mainly includes digital part design and die development, material inspection and pretreatment. Engineers adopt CAD/CAM software to confirm part dimensions, tolerances and structural parameters, and manufacture matched stamping dies according to design drawings . 4. Quality Inspection & Packaging
