Stamped and welded parts are composite metal assemblies formed by combining precision stamping shaping and professional welding technology, representing an indispensable integrated manufacturing solution for medium-to-large structural metal components. Different from single-process stamped parts without splicing or one-piece deep drawing shells, stamped & welded products first use stamping procedures including blanking, piercing, bending and forming to produce separate single metal stampings, then connect discrete components via standardized welding processes to create complex multi-piece frameworks, supports and enclosures. This combined manufacturing method breaks the shape limitation of one-time stamping forming, enabling large, irregular and multi-layer metal structures while maintaining high structural strength and stable dimensional accuracy, which cannot be achieved by pure stamping alone.
Our factory specializes in custom OEM and ODM stamped & welded assemblies, supporting diverse metal raw materials such as cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and carbon steel plates in various thickness ranges. We produce thin-plate light-duty stamped welded brackets as well as thick-plate heavy-load structural welded assemblies for mechanical equipment. Equipped with high-speed stamping presses, progressive dies and multiple welding equipment including spot welding, argon arc welding, CO2 shielded welding and laser welding, we control the whole production chain from single-piece stamping to integrated welding assembly. During stamping, we strictly eliminate burrs, deformation and dimensional deviation of each individual stamped blank; in welding procedures, we adjust welding current, speed and fixture positioning to avoid welding distortion, burn-through and weak solder joints, ensuring neat weld seams and consistent assembly flatness of finished composite parts.
The complete production workflow of our stamped & welded parts covers raw material cutting, precision stamping forming, deburring of stamped blanks, positioning fixture assembly, full welding, weld seam grinding and polishing, secondary shaping, tapping and customized surface finishing. We fully accept customer CAD drawings, 3D models and physical samples for personalized production. Our technical team optimizes the split stamping layout and welding process route in advance, reasonably distributing stamping forming structures and welding connection positions. This design effectively reduces manufacturing difficulty, improves material utilization and controls overall production costs. We can handle simple two-piece welded stamping fittings as well as complex multi-layer, multi-bracket integrated welded frames with dozens of stamped sub-components.
A full range of surface treatment options are provided for all stamped & welded assemblies to adapt to diverse working environments. Available finishing processes include zinc plating, nickel plating, powder coating, electrostatic spray painting, hot-dip galvanizing, passivation and mirror polishing. All surface treatments are arranged after welding and grinding to prevent coating damage at welding joints. These treatments greatly enhance rust resistance, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant performance, extending the service life of stamped welded parts under outdoor, humid, high-temperature and heavy-load industrial operating conditions.
