1. Product Overview

Ceiling Anti-Crack Corner Bracket is a special hardware fitting designed for drywall suspended ceiling corner connections. It effectively solves the common cracking problem at ceiling right-angle joints caused by thermal expansion, building settlement and construction vibration.

Manufactured by stamping integrated galvanized steel sheet, this L-shaped bracket is installed at the internal and external corners of gypsum board ceilings. It disperses stress concentration at right-angle seams, restricts deformation of gypsum boards, and greatly improves the flatness and stability of ceiling corners for long-term crack-free effect.

Working principle:

Traditional ceiling right-angle joints only rely on gypsum board splicing, which forms a weak stress point and easily cracks with slight deformation. Install anti-crack corner brackets inside the corner to connect two vertical and horizontal gypsum boards as an integral stressed structure, evenly transfer tension and shrinkage force, avoid concentrated fracture at the seam.

6. Standard Installation Steps

Assemble light steel keel frame and reserve ceiling right-angle position;

Place the anti-crack corner bracket close to the inner side of the 90° corner;

Fix the bracket on keel and gypsum board with self-tapping screws at reserved holes;

Splice two pieces of gypsum board tightly against the bracket;

Fill seams with joint putty and attach mesh tape for secondary anti-crack protection.
