1.Product Overview

Fish Scale Shield Anchor,also named fish scale sleeve anchor or tam shield anchor,is a heavy-duty internal expansion fixing fastener widely used in construction and industrial installation.It gets its name from the continuous serrated fish-scale embossments stamped on the outer shield sleeve,which create strong friction and anti-rotation locking inside drilled holes.

Made from integrated rolled steel sheet,the anchor sleeve is split into multi-section shield flaps.When tightening matching bolts,the inner cone nut pulls inward to expand the whole shield evenly in 4 directions,forming a tight mechanical interlock with concrete,solid brick and dense blockwork for permanent,high-load fixing.

6.Brief Installation Guide

Drill hole diameter&depth strictly matching anchor size,clean dust inside the hole;

Fully insert fish scale shield anchor into the hole until flush with wall surface;

Place the mounted fixture over the anchor,thread bolt into inner cone nut;

Tighten the bolt gradually until the fixture is fixed firmly;avoid over-torque to prevent substrate breakage.
