Main Channel, also widely named Main Runner or Main Tee, is the primary load-bearing beam of all suspended false ceiling grid systems, acting as the core horizontal framework that bears the full weight of cross tees, ceiling panels, insulation materials and auxiliary pipelines. It is the most vital structural component connecting ceiling hangers and secondary cross tees, forming the basic skeleton for gypsum board ceilings, mineral wool tile grids, metal integrated ceilings and various interior decorative suspended structures.
